I opened an E-mail account a couple years ago to forward results to. I will forward results after the race to this account so everyone can open it. Please do not use the account for anything but looking at results, you have my permission to delete spam, but don't delete results. I will be periodically posting technique video's, world cup clips, wax info and other tips and ski info on our BFA Nordic skiing 2011-2011 group facebook page, giving you some added information and resources that we don't always have time for at practice. If you are not a member ask your teammates how to be added to the group. Athletes can post on the page as well, as long as comments and posts are appropriate
