RACE PLAN (as conditions allow)
COURSE: ~5KM for Varsity Boys and Girls
~2KM for JV Boys and Girls
FORMAT: depends on conditions and number of racers
if lap course: 2 skiers every 30 seconds for start
if more space is available could do wave start

Schedule: Races are starting at time indicated, not waiting for previous race completion.
Please share information with parents.
Please be KIND driving on Sherman Hollow Rd- obey the speed limit and watch out for walkers; Be Kind to the neighbors!
ALL RACES ARE CH/Non-FLOURO WAX Only
Buses need to park along the back of the parking lot- please reserve space for them!
Parking is limited please carpool, busses will park along the back of the parking lot, please ask that families only bring one car per family to spectate
NO DOGS
Please use the round barn and limit traffic to the Nordic Center and Inn for tourists- Please be respectful of area
Parents are encouraged to ski/snowshoe with purchase of trail ticket
If walking please walk in designated walking areas only- footprints leave holes in the tracks making them unskiable!
Each team is responsible for picking up their area after the race. Garbage and recycle cans are available- please use them.
Upstairs of Round Barn is for host team parents who are working registration and results only- no skiers or boots
Please do not use kitchen area
DRIVING up Ski Lodge Rd:
Snow tires are highly recommended!
Keep momentum going up the hill.
Use pullover parking areas on side of road and walk up
Please don’t park on the side of the driveway where there are no pull over OR near the corners- it makes the driveway too narrow
Please DO NOT park on Sherman Hollow Rd unless necessary- the town plow truck can not get through if cars are parked on the side of the road
