Classic Race - Catamount Outdoor Center

Preliminary - update to follow with maps 

Race Location: Catamount Outdoor Family Center (592 Governor Chittenden Road, Williston, VT 05495)

Race Date: Wednesday, January 14th, 2026

Race Discipline/Course: Classic style - Small Waves (3-4) start by gender. Waves will be seeded based on January 12 Hill climb results.  2 laps of a 2.5 km race loop.

Race Start Times:

• 2:30 pm: Varsity Girls Start - 5 km 

• 3:15 pm: Varsity Boys Start - 5 km

• 4:00pm: MS & JV Girls Combined Start - 2.5 km

• 4:20pm: MS & JV Boys Combined Start - 2.5 km

** Start times may vary based on number of entries per category

Team Areas: Anywhere in the start area field or in the parking lot. If in the start area, please bring equipment around the left side of the house. There is a driveway that you can use to back up in to unload.  Please stay off the ski trails on the right side of the house.  

Parking: Busses to drop off skiers but not park. Parking is very tight, but we will have access to some indoor warming facilities. Coaches and spectators to park in the lot, or if full, along the road on the North side as directed by parking attendants. It bears repeating - Parking is limited!  Please no more than one car per family.  

Bathrooms: Port-o-lets in the parking lot.
